Returns

Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery receipt for unworn, makeup free, stain free, unwashed items with original tags and packaging intact. If tags are removed from the garment, item will not be returned or exchanged. If there is makeup or any other stain upon examination, a refund or exchange will not be approved.

Exchanges can be made for a different size or color, subject to availability.

Returns & Exchanges in UAE will have a 40 AED fee deducted from your refund.

Returns & exchanges for KSA, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar & Kuwait will have a 75 AED fee deducted from your refund.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days once we have received and approved the return.

We reserve the right to deny a refund, an exchange, if returned items are not in original condition or do not meet our quality standards.

UAE Orders

Dubai & Abu Dhabi: Order by 10am GST and same day delivery by 10PM GST. Orders placed after 10AM GST will be delivered next day.

Other Emirates: Next-day delivery for orders placed before 10AM GST. Orders placed after 10AM GST will be delivered in two working days.

Shipping is free across the UAE

Remote areas may take up to 2-3 days depending on delivery location. Please note that there are some locations that are non-serviceable. If you have questions, please reach out to hello@allsetuae.com.

GCC Orders

Delivery within 3–7 business days, depending on location.

Shipping is not included outside of UAE.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email.

Please confirm that all billing and payment information is accurate to avoid any delays in shipment. We do not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address.

**Please note orders placed after 10am GST on Saturday’s will be processed & fulfilled the following Monday morning.
