Returns and Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 4 days of delivery receipt for unworn, makeup free, stain free, unwashed items with original tags and packaging intact. If tags are removed from the garment, item will not be returned or exchanged. If there is makeup or any other stain upon examination, a refund or exchange will not be approved.

Exchanges can be made for a different size or color, subject to availability.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our team at +971 50 899 5637 with your order number and request.

Returns & Exchanges in UAE will have a 30 AED fee deducted from your refund.

Returns & exchanges for KSA, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar & Kuwait will have a 49 AED fee deducted from your refund.

Please note:

– Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days once we have received and approved the return.
– We reserve the right to deny a refund, an exchange, if returned items are not in original condition or do not meet our quality standards.
