What is your return & exchange policy?
Exchanges and/or returns must be within 4 days of delivery receipt.
How long will shipping take?
UAE Orders
Dubai, Abu Dhabi & Sharjah: Same-day delivery for orders placed before 12 PM GST.Other Emirates: Next-day delivery for orders placed before 3 PM GST.
GCC Orders
Delivery within 3–7 business days, depending on location.
Who is responsible for duties & taxes on orders placed with ALL SET?
Customers are responsible for all customs duties & applicable taxes during checkout.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
To modify or cancel an order, please contact hello@allsetuae.com as soon as possible. Once our warehouse has processed an order, we are no longer able to modify.
What is the ALL SET return policy?
We accept returns that are submitted and shipped back within 4 days of delivery receipt. Returned items shipped after 4 days of delivery receipt will not be accepted.

Exchanges must be initiated within 4 days of delivery receipt. Any items wishing to be exchanged after 4 days of delivery receipt will not be accepted.
One-time exchange is allowed, but the customer is responsible for the duties and taxes.Please note that exchanges can only be made for a different size or color, subject to availability.

How long does it take for a return?

How can I care for and maintain my luxury linen clothing?
Due to linen's delicate nature, please hand wash in cold water. Do not bleach. Light steam only. Do not iron. Do not place in dryer. Line dry.
